OK, I was there and got disappointed a lot! Three CROTONIACS and they did not seem to know what I was talking about as I asked them about tourney. I invited them and remembered them yesterday. Kotti said he would be there and he was not. The three guys who were there were on RTW and not on BI. After this big disappointment the CCB is dead for me! If anybody of you want to continue I will help as much as I can ofcourse but I will not participate in this bad organized tourney! After this I have to say sorry because I suggested to take part in this.

guys since CCB doesnt work out well...we got a challenge from sacredband in CWB
The Clan War Belt
The premise of the CWB, is that the highest skilled clan will hold the Clan War Belt. Points will be given to teams who win clan battles in either single matches or series'. There will be an official ranking list which will show how each clan stands against one another. The highest ranked clan does not necessarily hold the clan war belt. The highest ranked clan WILL have the first opportunity to challenge the reigning clan. If they do not wish to challenge a title match against the reigning clan, then the honour is passed down the list to the next highest clan.
The Beginning:
Since all clans will start off with zero points, they will be given one month to rack up as many points as they can. The two highest ranked clans will then have a series to determine who the first Clan War Belt holder is. This is only going to happen once, and from this point on there will ALWAYS be a War Belt holder.
Title Matches:
The clan which has the highest amount of points (besides the current War Belt holder) will have the option to challenge the reigning clan to a title match. This match will be in the form of an official series, and will decide who becomes the new War Belt holder. Reigning clans must accept at least one challenge per month, or the two highest ranking clans will battle each other for the position.
Game Types
Single Match:
A single match is the simplest way to earn points for your team. Single matches can be official challenges, ie requests for a match on the forums, or it can be informal, ie challenging somebody in the RTW lobbies. These can be 1v1, 2v2, or 3v3. Clans DO NOT have to accept single matches, but are encouraged to. All single matches are worth 1 point.
Series:
A formal challenge must be made on the CWB forums. Even if the initial challenge is made on clan forums, it must be posted in the Battle Forum with the title of the Challenging Clan and the Opponent. The format of a series is as follows:
- Match 1: 1v1 (attack) and 1v1 (defense) - Match 2: 1v1 (attack) and 1v1 (defense) - Match 3: 1v1 (attack) and 1v1 (defense) - Match 4: 2v2 (attack) and 2v2 (defense) - Match 5: 2v2 (attack) and 2v2 (defense) - Match 6: 3v3 (attack) and 3v3 (defense)
- In total there will be 12 games.
- Clans may not use the same player in multiple 1v1s, or multiple 2v2s. So a player may only play in one 1v1 matchup, one 2v2 matchup, and one 3v3 matchup in the ENTIRE series. This means clans must have a minimum of 4 active players per series.
- Since most players now use PID, there shouldnt be any problems with players violating these rules. If you dont have the PID, please read the RTW FAQ for the 1.2 patch.
Maximum Matches per Month
Since we cant have clans cheating and exchanging insane amounts of wins, each clan will be limited to a certain amount of matches per month.
- Single Matches: Clans can play no more than 25 single matches per month. A tally will be listed beside the clans name on the statistics chart.
- Series: You are allowed to complete 5 series matches before our midway mark, which will be listed soon after I see the progress of the clan challenges.
Scoring System
Screenshots and replays
You MUST submit either a screenshot or a replay for each match submitted. You MUST save all CWB matches as replays in case there is a dispute. If you do not have a replay for a designated game, then the refs may not believe your case quite as well, and you may be out of luck.
Single Matches:
- 1v1 Win: 1 Point - 2v2 Win: 1 Point - 3v3 Win: 1 point
Series:
- For each of the 1v1's, the winning clan will recieve 1 point per game. If a clan wins both the attack and defense of the matchup, they recieve an additional 1 point, for a maximum of 3 points. - For each of the 2v2's, the winning clan will recieve 2 points per game. If a clan wins both the attack and defense of the matchup, they recieve an additional 2 points, for a maximum of 6 points. - For the 3v3, the winning clan recieves 3 points per game. If a clan wins both the attack and defense of the matchup, they recieve an additional 3 points, for a maximum of 9 points. - If a matchup is tied 1-1, there will be no bonus points awarded. - The potential points to earn is 30 points (including bonuses). - The clan that earns the most points in the series will be rewarded with an additional 10 points. - The clan that places second will recieve an additional 5 points for completing the series.
Factions:
A different faction must be used in every match (All Roman Factions count as a 1 faction). This means you can use 4 roman factions in a series. If a player uses a faction in their 1v1, they cannot use them in their 3v3 match. A comprehensive list of all factions must be given to the referee before the match begins. If the clans select the same faction for the same match, then the backup factions will be used: Each clan will use the primary faction for attacking, and their backup faction for defending.
This is implemented to encourage players to use less played factions like Thrace, Dacia, Numidia etc. Clans will have to decide whether they want to play their strongest in the 3v3 where the most points are, or in the 1v1s to grab easy wins (hopefully).
Challenges:
Before the matches can start, emissaries must first challenge the clan on the CWB forums. It might be a good idea to copy the challenge and post it on the recipients forums as well, which will be listed in the Clan List on the registration forum. Clans have 5 days to RESPOND to the challenge, and from that point have 3 weeks to COMPLETE the series. Emissaries are RESPONSIBLE for bringing absenses to the CWB staff, because otherwise we won't notice. Penalties will be given for various absenses listed in the Penalties section.
You can challenge no more clans than matches you have left. Since there is a maximum of 5 series' in this term, you can only challenge as many clans as matches you have remaining. IE if you have 3 series completed, you can only challenge 2 more clans at once. You CAN play single matches regardless of clan challenges or series' you are involved in. You MAY reject the challenger with penalties, or you MAY accept it.
When the challenge is accepted, you must email the designated referee your settings for each game:
Game1: Faction, Player
Game2: Faction, Player
Game3: Faction, Player
Game4: Faction, Player; Faction Player
Game5: Faction, Player; Faction Player
Game6: Faction, Player; Faction, Player; Faction, Player
Substitute Preference 1: Substitute Preference 2: Substitute Preference 3: Substitute Preference 4:
(If we do need to make multiple substitutions, then the more preferred sub factions will be put in the more important games, ie the 3v3)
Backup players will be assigned in advance if the designated players cannot make the match. Otherwise the match is forfeited to the team that is able to play.
Referee:
Referees will be appointed to oversee the clan battles. If there is a complaint lodged, the referee will make a decision, and their judgement will be final. If both clans disagree on the referee appointed to oversee their match, then they can appeal to the CWB admin.
Game Settings:
Negotiations:
Clans will be allowed to negotiate with their opponent and create whatever rules they like. This can either be very easy or very difficult, so there has to be default rules to fall back on in case negotiations fail. When negotiatiing with your opponent, make sure you discuss all elements of the game, including: climate, season, map, max units, denarii, and banned units. The default rules must be written down and submitted to a designated CWB referee. This is to ensure that if somebody breaks the rules, a hard copy will be available for the referee to make his decisions from.
Default Rules:
- Denarii: 12.5k per player. 25k per team in 2v2, and 37.5k per team in 3v3. - Camera: Unrestricted - Arcade Mode: Disabled - Unit Size: Normal - Time: No Limit. If the game must end, and there is a dispute as to who won, the referee will watch the replay and appoint a winner based on logical battle potential to win. If it is UNCLEAR as to who is going to win, the match can either be rescheduled, or will be voided if there is not enough time before the series is over.
Extra Rules:
- Mods: Only Rome Total War v 1.2 - Camping: Allowed. Corner camping is BANNED. - Fire: Allowed - Artillery: Allowed - Elephants: Allowed
Army Restrictions:
- Maximum 6 per unit type. - Maximum of 8 cavalry. This includes All Cavalry (except Horse Archers), Chariots, and Elephants. - Maximum 2 Elephants - Maximum of 5 archer units. This includes all foot archers, camel archers, chariot archers, and slingers. - Maximum of 3 Horse Archers - Maximum of 2 Artillery (Scorpions, Onagers, Heavy Onagers, Ballista, Repeating Ballistas)

You can voluntarily enter the innactive list at any time if membership levels fall too low. - Withdrawing from a series results in all further matches to become void. The clan who withdraws is penalized 10 points, which will be transfered to the other clan.

Yes, fault of the CROTONS without a doubt, not the fault of the leader maybe but of the members. Sleepy, the leader of CROTON gave up the leadership because he is missing the appreciation of the members. I understand that and we all did see is cause noone showed up as we invited them to do some CCB matches.
Hard life for a leader when the members don´t care about the work a leader is doing.
